Okay

At 12 16 deputies arrested a female and possession of

a knife and ammunition at approximately 12 30

The event began with several speakers

At 12 54 a male with the gas can was

witnessed within the permitted area where approximately 200 people were

gathered

Command was notified

A captain sites gave the order to attempt to locate

that gas can

At this point it was imperative that container was quickly

identified

A deputy with the sheriff's office was in order to

locate and remove the container from the rally

Joining this attempt and operational gas powered generator hidden inside

of Purple Clock wagon was discovered because the gas powered

generator is running and within 2 ft of a container

of gas it is being dangerous and a fire house

heard the fire marshal

The deputy then turned

The generator often disconnected it

Protesters resisted his attempt to retrieve the items on was

told by those are the generator that he was not

allowed to take them

At this point several people began pulling and shoving our

deputies protesters and grab two of our deputies and started

shoving them away as they reached in from the generator

One of our female officers within shop to the ground

as she was falling she to play her O C

spray which is similar to pepper spray

At this point she was injured

When she got back up she deployed again

When one of our officers saw her being assaulted he

simultaneously sprayed a short burst of OSI vapor into the

air to disperse the crowd

Deputies then sprayed the ground with OSI paper and held

their position to keep the crowd from advancing

Once most of the crowd dispersed deputies stood in front

of the steps of the historic courthouse a deputy that

offered water to Reverend Drug right and those on the

stage E thing

Deputies been announced three orders telling the crowd to leave

Howie property

After the first announcement officers waited five minutes for participants

to leave

A second announcement was made and officers waited two more

minutes

Officers then made the third announcement to disperse and again

warned participants that they would be subject to arrest

Unfortunately Reverend Drum right along with several others told participants

to hold their position on the stage and then they

locked arms together after the third morning

They were subsequently arrested from failure to this first grand

police department then told those in the streets to move

towards the sidewalks for their response

Please contact with 10 assists in preparation for the October

31 I am Change March to the polls

Sheriff's office along with the Grand Police Department and Reverend

Drum Right connected multiple times both in person and the

A zoom meetings as well through phone calls and emails

While local law enforcement planned and anticipated a peaceful event

They're expected to have alternate and appropriate plans in place

if outcomes are different than expected

The primary role of law enforcement is public safety commitment

We take very seriously wear extremely disappointed that Reverend Drum

right did not adhere to the guidelines clearly stated in

the facility use policy by bringing flammable materials to the

event

As stated earlier a running generator inside of cloth Wagoneer

gasoline is deemed a fire hazard and have the potential

for catastrophic damage to participants putting innocent people and law

enforcement officers in danger

Wear

Also disappointed by his and the participants

Aggressive response when the generator was turned off way know

that there are many versions because the events from Saturday
