A man was walking near a Wendy's on the 900 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway in Durham when someone from a car fired shots at him.
The man was hit by the gunfire and taken to the hospital for his wounds at around 10:30 a.m. Sunday, according to officials.

His injuries do not appear to be life-threatening, according to Durham officials.
The Wendy's was damaged by the gunfire, photos from the scene shows.
Durham officials did not release any information about a suspect at this time.
