Durham woman: Brother shot her boyfriend after road rage argument

A woman said her brother shot and killed her boyfriend after a road rage incident in Durham.

The shooting occurred Monday around 1:45 a.m. at the corner of Underwood and Jackson streets, less then a mile from Duke University.

The victim was shot multiple times after an argument, his girlfriend told WRAL News. He died at the scene.

Durham police investigators identified the victim as Joshua Lindsey, 21, of Durham.

Investigators arrested Malik Joseph, 22, of Durham. Joseph has been placed in Durham County jail without bond.
