Silver Alert issued for missing Raleigh man

The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing Raleigh man.

Jarrell Marquis Jones was last seen at 3908 Iverson St. in Raleigh. He is is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment. He is 29, 6-foot-7 and 170 pounds with short black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and blue/gray shorts.
