Silver Alert canceled for missing Harnett County man

A Silver Alert has been canceled for a Harnett County man.

Barry Ward Gilbert is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment. He was last seen at 36 Dawn Lane in Cameron.

Gilbert is 57, 5-foot-3 and 200 pounds with brown/gray short hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a bright green T-shirt, camo vest, a blue winter jacket and blue jeans. He's believed to be in a red 2010 Suzuki Equator with the NC license plate ZSH-6077.
