Pullen Park's kiddie train closed for work

Pullen Park's kiddie train will be closed for maintenance through Jan. 20.

The popular ride shut down Monday, Jan. 6, for the annual work to prepare it for another busy season of rides for kids and families. The popular park near downtown Raleigh also feature a large playground, carousel and kiddie boats.

The park's C.P. Huntington miniature train, is a a one-third size, near-replica of the famous locomotive of the same name, according to the city's website.

The park is at 520 Ashe Ave.
