A missing 7-month-old from Goldsboro was dropped off at his home and is safe, his mother told WRAL News.

The Goldsboro Police Department said Tuesday afternoon that they were searching for Justice Josiah Lee Faison, who was reported missing from the 300 block of South Oleander Avenue.

His father, 27-year-old David Lee Faison, of Mount Olive, is wanted in the case.

Justice's mother said Faison dropped the baby off and fled.

Faison has outstanding warrants on charges of driving without a license, reckless driving and failure to report an accident, police said.
