- House Appropriations makes adjustments to the 2019-20 budget proposal in a session expected to last most of the day (8:30 a.m., 643 LOB)
- Senate Agriculture/Environment/Natural Resources discusses bills on fisheries management, shellfish aquaculture and veterinarians (10 a.m., 1124/1224 LB)
- Thousands of red-clad teachers are expected to rally on Bicentennial Plaza and Halifax Mall during the day, pushing for more support of public education and meeting with individual lawmakers.
- No floor votes are scheduled in either the House or the Senate.
