15-year-old charged after Fayetteville man found shot to death in vehicle

A 15-year-old faces a murder charge in connection with a Monday shooting death in Fayetteville, police said.

Donovan Lamar Moon, 30, of Fayetteville, was found dead in a vehicle in the 800 block of Conestoga Drive, police said.

The teen, whose name wasn't released because of his age, was being held at a juvenile detention facility.

Police released no other details of the case, such as a possible motive, any connection between Moon and the teen or what evidence led them to charge the teen in the crime.
