Whether you are just trying to get healthier or incorporate more fruits and veggies into your diet, juice bars are a great option. And there are quite a few that have popped up in the Triangle area.

Raleigh Raw (7 W Hargett St, Raleigh) - This downtown Raleigh juice bar serves up cold pressed juices with names like Kale Me Maybe and Regulator. You can get the juices in store or order them online. They also offer juice subscription and cleanses. If juice isn't your thing, Raleigh Raw also serves up smoothies, coffee, tea, kombucha, soup and poke bowls.
Humdinger Juice (5024 Departure Drive, Unit H, Raleigh) - This juice company serves up one of my favorites - Calm, which has a base of raw cashews and includes vanilla and warm cinnamon. You can also get Humdinger Juice at Benelux, Burn Boot Camp, Open Door Yoga, NoFo at the Pig and LadyFingers Caterers. Orders can also be placed online.
I Love Juice Bar (1040 Forestville Road, Wake Forest)- This juice shop serves up drinks that are vegetarian, gluten-free and contain 100 percent whole fruits and vegetable. There are flavors including Super Greens juice with local wheat grass and kale and spinach. They also serve up smoothies, smoothie bowls and essential oil shots.
Kale Me Crazy (302 Colonades Way, Suite 209, Cary and 2018 Cameron St., Raleigh) - This superfood cafe chain serves up fresh pressed juices including my favorite, The Revive, which contains kale, cucumber, pineapple and ginger. Also on the menu: poke bowls, salads, smoothies, wraps coffee, tea and toasts.
JuiceKeys (5011 Falls of Neuse Rd. and 8450 Honeycutt Rd. in Raleigh) - With two Raleigh locations, this local juice and smoothie shop has a mixture of healthy items. In addition to their juices, they also serve power bowls, salads and other protein filled snacks.
Juice Vibes (1369 Kildaire Farm Rd., Cary and 11692 U.S. 70 W., Clayton) - With two area locations, this shop serves up fresh made juices like the Sunrise, which contains grapefruit and strawberry. They also serve smoothies, acai bowls and salads.
Clean Juice (8202 Renaissance Parkway in Durham and 3035 Village Market Place in Morrisville) - This restaurant has the standard raw juices, juice shots and smoothies, in addition to avocado toast, acai bowls and oats.
Pure Juicery (716 Slash Pine Drive, Cary) - In addition to raw juices, this shop serves wheatgrass shots, smoothies and superfruit bowls.
