6LACK (The Ritz, 2820 Industrial Drive, Raleigh) - The melodic rapper hails from Atlanta, Georgia.

Wednesday

Wine and Seafood Dinner (La Farm Bakery, 4248 NW Cary Parkway) - Chefs Serge Falcoz-Vigne (from Saint Jacques) and Nunzio Scordo (from Driftwood Southern Kitchen) will raise funds for N.C. fishermen with a sit-down, coursed dinner and wine pairings. $80/person.

Moonlight in the Garden (JC Raulston Arboretum at NC State) - A magical lighting exhibition for the entire family includes live music, food trucks, hot apple cider, fire pits and marshmallows to roast. Tickets range from $5 to $25.

Randy Houser (The Ritz, 2820 Industrial Drive, Raleigh) - The country star has racked up five consecutive country radio hits and over five million singles sales.

Buku Wake Forest Bourbon Dinner (Buku, 1228 Heritage Links Drive, Wake Forest) - Award-winning food writer, editor and author Kathleen Purvis will be at this five-course dinner with Bourbon pairings. Friday

Arts After Dark (Imurj, 300 S. McDowell Street, Raleigh) - This night of creative exploration is for adults 21+ and includes a make-and-take art project followed by dance. A cash bar offering adult beverages and complimentary hors d’oeuvres from Empire Eats Catering will be available throughout the event.

NC Comicon (Durham Convention Center) - This three-day event is bigger than ever with new exhibits, panels and workshops.

Run Club (Barley Labs, 4015 University Drive, Durham) - This dog-friendly bottle shop hosts a run every Friday Join us every Friday with distances ranging from 1.5 to 5.7 miles. After your run, enjoy a brew from one of their 16 taps.
