Second Annual Krafty's Open (Pine Hollow Golf Course, 3300 E Garner Rd., Clayton) - The fun begins at 1 at Pine Hollow Golf Course with contests, prizes and giveaways. Afterwards, appetizers and a steak dinner will be served at Krafty's Burgers & Brews in Garner. Proceeds go to American Veterans M/C.
The Office Trivia (Crank Arm Brewing, 319 W Davie St., Raleigh) - Crank Arm hosts this event from 7 to 9 p.m. Pre-register online.
Tuesday
Yoga on the Lawn (Oak City Brewing, 616 N. First Ave., Knightdale) - De-stress after work with this pay-what-you-can yoga class.
Dropkick Murphys and Flogging Molly (Red Hat, 500 S. McDowell St., Raleigh) - These two giants of American punk rock will be sharing the stage.
Summer Concert Series (Pullen Park, 520 Ashe Ave., Raleigh) - Capital Transit will play a free show from 7 to 9 p.m. The cafe bar, train and carousel will be open! Picnic blankets or chairs are encouraged.
Wednesday
Market on Market (219 Fayetteville Street in downtown Raleigh) - Enjoy lunch and shopping at this farmers' market from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Bee Bash (The Durham Hotel, 315 East Chapel Hill Street, Durham) - From 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., local beekeepers will be on hand to answer questions and Honeygirl Meadery will be offering an insight into the world's original boozy beverage. There will be plenty of honey-kissed cocktails and snacks from the bar. This event is free.
Team Trivia (Raleigh Brewing, 3709 Neil Street, Raleigh) - The brewery hosts a free trivia game starting at 8 p.m.
Wind Down Wednesday (Waverly Place, 307 Colonades Way, Cary) - Enjoy food and live music from 6 to 9 p.m.
Thursday
Make Music Day (Various locations in downtown Cary) - Between 4 and 9 p.m., downtown Cary will be home to a mix of free outdoor musical events. There will also be food, a musical petting zoo, a free harmonica workshop and giveaway and community bucket drumming.
Pilobolus (DPAC, 123 Vivian Street, Durham) - This three-day show features breathtaking performances that incorporate movement, sight and sound. Thursday and Friday shows contain nudity, but a 1 p.m. show on Saturday is suitable for kids.
Bark Porch Music on the Lawn (American Tobacco Campus, 300 Blackwell St., Durham) - Enjoy free music from Will Hoge and Ellis Dyson and The Shambles from 6 to 9 p.m.
It Shoulda Been You (Theatre in the Park, 107 Pullen Rd., Raleigh) - It Shoulda Been You is a laugh out loud wild musical with blushing brides, nervous grooms, overbearing moms, and plenty of crazy twists and turns. See it through July 1.
Friday
NC Hip Hop Festival (various locations in downtown Durham) - Petey Pablo will headline this three-day festival held at a variety of venues in downtown Durham.
NCMA Outdoor Movie: Wonder Woman (N.C. Museum of Art, 2110 Blue Ridge Rd., Raleigh) - Enjoy an outdoor movie at the art museum!
A Celebration of Bluegrass (Page-Walker Arts and History Center, 119 Ambassador Loop, Cary) - Share an evening celebrating one of North Carolina’s cultural treasures. Bring blankets, cushions, lawn chairs and picnic baskets and enjoy an evening of live music under the stars.
Carolina Hurricanes Draft Party (Raleigh Beer Garden, 614 Glenwood Ave., Raleigh) - Join fellow Hurricanes fans at the team's annual draft party. This event, which is free to attend, begins at 6 p.m., and live draft coverage begins at 7 p.m.
Sol Roots (The Bullpen, 359 Blackwell Street, Durham) - The Sol Roots Band performs a mix of New Orleans funk, raw blues, energetic rock, deep grooves and southern soul during this free show.
