Multiple fire units responded to a house fire at 4605 Slayton Drive in Wake County Saturday afternoon, the Fairview Rural Fire Department fire chief said.
The fire started outside of the home and worked its way inside.

The fire burned away around 50 percent of the house's roof, the fire chief said.
There were no injuries, but the home's one resident was displaced.
