I've known so many people who have lost someone this year. Whether it was a baby, parent or friend, grief is unavoidable.

After our first miscarriage, my therapist suggested writing a letter to that child or doing something to memorialize the child on the due date. ​I couldn't bring myself to do it. But I've seen others find some type of closure and help in the grieving process by memorializing those they lost.
