Hoke Deputies Searching for Highway Robbers

Hoke County deputies are on the lookout for two modern-day highway robbers. Twice on Sunday, the suspects pulled in front of vehicles, stopped, and tried to rob the drivers. In one case, they fired about eight shots at a fleeing pickup truck.

Detectives say they're looking for two men, in their early twenties, driving an older model, gray sedan, with no license plate.
