Rum Runners moving out of City Market

After 15 years in City Market,Rum Runnersis moving out and headed to Seaboard Station, owners announced Thursday.

The dueling piano bar will close on Wednesday, and, since owners aren't allowed to take alcohol to its new location, all drinks will be $1.50.

Starting May 10, Rum Runners will be operating a temporary location in Seaboard Station. The bar will exist at Traine and in other pop-up venues around Raleigh until the permanent new location opens.

"Rum Runners will be at Traine on Wednesday and Fridays for the month of May," owners said. "That is all we have officially confirmed so far, but we are looking at other locations as well."
