Jury Selection Has Begun In Cary Murder Trial

Jury selection began Tuesday in the trial of a man accused of throwing his pregnant wife from the Cary Parkway bridge on New Year's Eve 1995.

Bill Boychuk says his wife fell down the 45-foot embankment to her death after being hit by a passing car.

Police say Boychuk threw his wife over the bridge killing her and their unborn child.

Boychuk faces the death penalty, if convicted.
