Missing Man Found Unharmed

A man who had been reported missing over the weekend, is safe back at home.

Virginia police found 77-year-old Elbert Dozier of Raleigh in the parking lot of a shopping center in Colonial Heights, a town just outside of Richmond.

Dozier, a deacon at the 3500-member Wake Chapel Baptist Church, had vanished Saturday night after readying the church for Sunday services, a task he performs every week. Virginia officers said he remembered his birthdate, but could not tell them how he wound up in Virginia.

Dozier has no known medical problems. Foul play is not suspected in his disappearance.
