Raleigh police have made an arrest in connection with the molestation of a young girl at a community pool Friday. Guy Mashburn is accused of approaching the child Saturday.
A 7-year-old girl says she was approached by a man offering candy. She refused, then accompanied him to a gazebo when he asked where he could by a soda.
