In just two days two people have drowned locally. Felicia Cummings was swimming with her husband and some friends in the Lumber River last night when she disappeared beneath the surface.
Cummings' husband says his wife was just learning how to swim. She slipped and went under water, but then never came up. Crews found her body about 7 p.m.
