Fayetteville Officer Involved in Car Accident

Investigators in Fayetteville are trying to figure out what caused a police officer to plow into another car.

It happened at the intersection of Murchison Road and Langdon Street around 1:00 a.m. Saturday. Witnesses say a white sedan was making a left turn when the police cruiser, driven by Officer J. Houston collided with the car.

Everyone in the sedan was taken to the hospital. Houston was not seriously injured.
