Silver Alert issued for 65-year-old Wilson man

A Silver Alert was issued early Sunday morning for a missing Wilson man who may be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

Harold Edmund Carney, 65, was last seen at 4805 Green Wing Road. Authorities said he was wearing a red sleeved pullover and plaid blue button shirt with blue jeans and black shoes.

Dunlap is described as black with short gray hair and brown eyes. He stands 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 165 pounds.

Authorities do not know where Carney was headed.
