Drivers who travel on Highway 64 near Wendell got a big surprise when traffic was bottled up during rush hour Wednesday afternoon. A tractor-trailer overturned there at about 5 p.m. backing traffic up in both directions near the Neuse River bridge.
Troopers advised everyone to avoid that area if possible.
