Durham police have arrested a suspect in the 42nd homicide of the year in the Bull City.
Lacy Dowdy has been arrested and charged with murder in connection with the death of 18-year-old Samuel Lemons.

Lemons was found dead behind Dowdy's home on Nov. 22.
Both teenagers lived in the West End neighborhood.
