Storm Damage Reported In Person County

Scattered storms on Friday night caused extensive damage in one Person County neighborhood.

There are reports of a one-mile stretch along

Charlie Monk Road

in the Hurtle Mills community where several trees were blown down during a storm late Friday. According to people in the area, there was damage to cars and bars that were hit by toppled trees.
