What's on your menu for the week?
This week at the Prosser Cafe, you will find:
Shrimp salad on ciabatta bread and cantaloupe from the farmer's market,
Spinach, mushroom and cheese omelets, turkey bacon, ciabatta toast (eggs from Walgreens last week for .99/dozen, turkey bacon from HT sale through 6/28 using .55 coupon)
Breaded chicken breast tenders, corn on the cob, salad
Zucchini enchilada boats and rice
Homemade pizza again this week because the kids liked it so much they asked for a repeat performance.
I used the $1 Harris Teeter dough balls on sale through 6/28, free Ragu alreado pasta sauce (from HT SD), Black olives (on sale for .99 from Walgreens recently), shredded mozzarella (B2G3F from HT recently - it will be on sale again for B2G3F starting Wednesday, June 29!), Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
I pre-baked the crust with a bit of olive oil spray and seasoning for 8 minutes before putting on the toppings and baking for another 9 minutes at 400 degrees on my pizza stone.
