Raleigh City Council Considers Changes For Nightclubs

Raleigh night clubs could soon operate under new rules.

Problems at the Supper Clubb on Spring Forest Road prompted leaders to make changes to the entertainment ordinance.

The City Council asked the city attorney to come up with new rules that would hold clubs accountable for problems in the parking lot. The process will work the same as it does with violations inside the club.

After the fourth violation, the business could lose its license to operate.
