Wednesday

Tonight is a great for music. Rock band Breaking Benjamin plays an "Unplugged" show at The Ritz in Raleigh. Tickets are $35.

Vocal quartet The Tenors play DPACtonight. This Juno award-winning adult contemporary group is promoting their new album, Under One Sky.

You can help Save the Pinhook in Durhamduring a concert series that kicks off tonight. Owners have launched a crowd-funding campaign to keep the venue open. Proceeds from these concerts will go to that effort.

Thursday

Save the Pinhook in Durhamcontinues tonight and then again Feb. 3 and 4.

Friday

Get those vocal chords warm at PopUp Chorus tonight at Motorco Music Hall in Durham. Selections tonight include Franki Valli and Paul McCartney. No prior singing experience needed and no auditions. Just join the chorus. Admission is $5.

Also tonight, Chapel Hill string-band Mipsoplays Raleigh Memorial Auditorium. Tickets start at $29.
