“Certainly, normalizing trade relations with Cuba would open a new market for U.S. agricultural products. However, in this particular case, it would come at the expense of the Cuban people by helping to fund the brutal Castro regime. In my view, that is not a worthy exchange. Trade with other countries should always be a win-win -- not a win-lose,” said Congressman David Rouzer.
