Judge To Decide On Hazing Lawsuit's Future

This week, a judge is expected to decide whether a lawsuit concerning hazing will go forward.

The lawsuit was filed after an incident at an N.C. State basketball camp.

Two Avery County students pleaded guilty to hazing a younger boy at the camp.

The lawsuit blames Avery County Board of Education members and high school administrators for not providing enough supervision.
