Second Arrest In Brentwood Slaying

There's been another arrest in the slaying that occurred earlier this month in Raleigh's Brentwood Shopping Center.

Police have now charged 21-year-old Ngu Phan (L) with being an accessory to murder after the fact.

The primary suspect, Phu Tan Nguyen (R), has not yet been captured. Nguyen allegedly shot Trieu Do after Do teased one of Nguyen's friends.

Do was shot outside the Saigon Cafe on February 10. The assailants fled by car after the shooting.

Police have already arrested the man they believe drove the car
