Wake 15-year-old found unharmed

Authorities in Wake County lifted a Silver Alert issued early Thursday for a 15-year-old boy who is believed to be suffering from a cognitive impairment.

The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons issued a Silver Alert for Zachary Falzone at about 4 a.m. after he was reported missing from a home in the 7000 block of Kennebec Road in Willow Spring.

Falzone had been found and was safe by mid-afternoon. Authorities did not release any other details about his disappearance.
