TB Testing Comes Back Negative At Wake County School

Wake County health officials say no one caught tuberculosis from a sick student at Sanderson High School.

Around 140 Sanderson students and teachers were tested after coming in contact with the sick student. Health department officials found no evidence of transmission and no one tested has experienced symptoms.

The 140 individuals will be given another TB skin test in April, as a precaution.
