Dos Taquitos moving

Dos Taquitos is moving from its original location on Creedmoor Road to the Taverna Agora building on Glenwood Avenue, spokesman Ralph Ottaviano said Wednesday.

Dos Taquitoswill be moving from Creedmoor Road into the current Taverna Agora building at 6101 Glenwood Ave. in Raleigh, spokesman Ralph Ottaviano said Wednesday.

The restaurant has been at its current location for 24 years. Taverna Agora will be moving to downtown Raleigh.

The move is expected to take place at the end of August. Ottaviano said the new space will feature better parking and more space.

A formal announcement about the move is expected on Cinco de Mayo, May 5.

Before the move, the restaurant is going to restore its weekday lunch service. Starting Monday, lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Dos Taquitos has another location -–on Glenwood South.
