Here's the place to share your meal ideas for the evening, post where you bought the ingredients frugally and even share a recipe if you would like. If you need some inspiration for your own dinner tonight, this may give you some helpful ideas.

As you can see in the photo, we had Cheese Blintzes with strawberries for breakfast this morning.  They are so easy to make using egg roll wrappers (found in the produce section of grocery store). I filled them with cottage cheese, sugar and cinnamon. Roll them up, cook in the skillet in some butter and top with light sour cream and strawberries.
