Keurig has recalled over 7 million Mini Plus brewers that were made between 2009 and 2014. Apparently hot liquid has sprayed from the machines resulting in 90 burn injuries. The issues seem to occur when you brew more than two cups. On the Keurig website, they recommend that you "avoid brewing more than two cups in rapid succession and maintain an arm’s length distance from the brewer during the brewing process."
