Missing Selma boy found safe following Silver Alert

Authorities canceled a Silver Alert issued for an 11-year-old Selma boy overnight after he was found safe.

Investigators found Damien Dashawn Redmond at a friend's house at about midnight. A Silver Alert had been issued for him after he went missing from West Waddell Street.

No other information about his disappearance has been released.
