19-year-old Raleigh man faces statutory rape charge

A 19-year-old Raleigh man was charged with statutory rape for allegedly having sex with a 14-year-old.

Jose Humberto Zambrano Zamora, of 8650 Neuse Landing Lane, Unit 106, remained at the Wake County jail Monday on a $50,000 bond.
