A Durham man was arrested for the 15th time Wednesday after sheriff’s deputies found a stolen gun and drugs in his home.

Deputies said they were executing a search warrant at the home of Dwight Allan Judd Jr., 322 Junction St., when they found a Ruger 9mm pistol, 11 grams of crack cocaine, and several oxycodone and Percocet pills. They also seized a Remington rifle and $495 cash.

Judd, 24, was charged with possession of a stolen firearm, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a schedule II controlled substance. He was booked in the Durham County jail and released after posting a $100,000 bond.

Durham County Sheriff Mike Andrews said Judd has been arrested 15 times since 2006, including an arrest for a charge of attempted first-degree murder and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill in August 2013. Those charges were later dismissed.
