A North Carolina State Highway Patrol trooper was involved in a head-on collision Thursday night.
The accident happened at 7770 Roslin Farm Road in Hope Mills.

The trooper was transported to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
Authorities have not disclosed the condition of the other driver or what caused the accident.
