Free Rides Offered for New Year's Partiers

The Johnston County Towing Association is offering free rides to those who decide to drink until New Year's Day.

The only requirements are that the driver must be the car's owner and have the keys to the car; the vehicle must be in working order; and pickup and delivery locations must be within Johnston County.
