Attorney Withdraws From Case After Death Threats

There are some new developments today in the murder of a little Burlington girl.

An attorney appointed to defend the 13-year-old boy charged in the murder of Tiffany Nicole Long has withdrawn from the case after his family received death threats.

Long was murdered last month just blocks from her Burlington home. Three teens have been charged with her kidnapping, sexual assault, and murder.

The court had difficulty finding lawyers to represent the teens, and delayed an initial hearing as a result.
