Accused Child Molester Back in Custody

A suspected child molester is on his way back to North Carolina to face charges.

James Leo Russell was arrested in Durham last September and charged with taking indecent liberties with a minor at a Home Depot store. Russell was released under bond, but failed to appear in court the next day.

Now, after seeing himself on theAmerica's Most Wantedtelevision show, Russell turned himself in over the weekend to the FBI in California.
