Wake Forest Man Gets Refund From Gym

Five On Your Side has an update on a story that ran in August.

Last April, Winston Harrison paid Beyond Fitness for a membership at the location being built in Wake Forest. He believed it would open in June.

When it wasn't open by August, he wanted a refund, but said all he got was the runaround.

After Five On Your Side's story aired, Beyond Fitness sent Harrison the $299 check.
