No charges will be filed against a driver who hit and killed a man Tuesday night, the Raleigh Police Department said Wednesday.

when a 1987 Pontiac driven by Emily McGill, 29, of Cary, struck him, according to police.
Investigators said the bicycle did not have any lights or reflectors.
