Durham County Gets New Gang Prosecutor

Durham County has a new gang prosecutor.

Stormy Ellis, who at one time worked for the Wake County District Attorney's Office, will now handle all gang-related cases.

Ellis replaces John Phillips, who spent more than three years in the position before moving to Charlotte.

Phillips typically handled more than 200 gang related cases every year.
