Engineers Change Back Glenwood Ave. Signal After Numerous Wrecks

Traffic engineers were back at Westgate Road and Glenwood Avenue interchange this week to undo a traffic signal change they made in April.

In the time after they made the first change last month, there were 15 car wrecks at the intersection.

The Department of Transportation isn't sure what went wrong.
