Man In Mistaken Death Case Recovering From Blood Clot

A Franklin County man mistakenly declared dead is recovering after surgery to correct a blood clot.

Larry Donnell Green's family said the surgery was successful. A car hit Green in January as he walked along Highway 401 in Franklin County.

Two paramedics declared him dead. The medical examiner discovered Green was alive hours later.

The county has since fired the paramedics.
