Streets At Southpointe Wants Former Tenant To Pay Up

The Streets at Southpointe is suing one of its former tenants.

Last summer, customers who ate at Big Bowl restaurant had to get hepatitis shots because of a sick cook. Three months later, the restaurant shut down.

The mall wants the chain to pay for the eight years left on its lease. It also wants repayment of a construction advance of nearly $630,000.
