Water main break closes three Durham intersections

Durham authorities closed three downtown intersections for about two hours early Friday morning after a water main ruptured.

Authorities blocked North Mangum Street at Parrish Street, East Main Street at North Church Street and West Main Street and North Corcoran Street from 5:30 a.m. until about 7 a.m.

Crews arrived at the scene around 6 a.m. to begin repairing the break.
